This elegant dinner is served to your guests at their tables. It includes all china, needlepoint utensils, water goblets, tea goblets. Prior to dinner your guests will enjoy cocktail hour service with three passed Hors D’oeuvres from a large selection of choices like:

  • A display of Domestic and Imported Cheeses and Fruits
  • Shaved Blackened Beef on Pumper nickel Crisps with a Horseradish Butter
  • Anticuchos-Skewered, Grilled Beef or Chicken Marinated with Jalapeno and Lime
  • Grilled Crab and Pepper jack Quesadillas Wedges with Red Salsa
  • Miniature Leek and Prosciutt Tartlets
  • Tiny Triangle Pizzas Topped with Goat Cheese Basil Pesto and Wood Grilled Lobster

  • Macadamia Crusted Chicken Brochettes with a Chile Mango Dip
  • Tiny Triangle Pizzas Topped with Goat Cheese Basil Pesto and Wood Grilled Lobster
