Diamond
This elegant dinner is served to each guest at their seat on china with silverware and water goblets. It begins with a cocktail hour with three passed Hors D’oeuvres from a large selection of choices like lobster bundles, petite apple baked brie, stuffed mushrooms, or coconut chicken skewers with mango salsa.

Guests will also enjoy a full-service open bar with ice, cups, mixers, beer, wine, and alcohol.

Tables will be dressed with premium linens chosen from our extensive selection of colors and fabrics.

Emerald
The Emerald catering package is an attractive buffet dinner including china, silverware and water goblets. It also begins with a cocktail hour with three Hors D’oeuvres from a large selection of choices like phyllo cups with mushroom duxelle, spinach fondue with parmesan breadsticks, spinach empanadas, or a fresh fruit and cheese display.

Tables will be dressed with cotton/poly blend linens in the color of your choice.

The bar includes our bartender, ice, and drink set-ups. You supply your own alcohol.

• Chicken Marsala
• Inside Round of Beef
• Chicken Alberto (Chicken Stuffed with Spinach, Pine Nuts, and Feta Cheese over a White Wine Sauce)
• For a more casual dinner you may instead choose an assortment of seven Hors D’oeuvres

Sapphire
Our Sapphire buffer is served on plastic ware. A bartender is included, but you supply all of the alcohol, set-ups, and glassware.

Tables will be dressed in white floor-length linens.
